Everyone comes and the streets are lined. The carnival rides at the fair will be different than years past. State inspectors are conducting more mandatory checks for rust and metal fatigue and increasingly flagging rides for repairs during the first year of enforcement under the new regulations, according to ABC NEWS.
About six weeks ago we got a call saying they don't know if they can pass the inspection the state of Ohio has so we are not coming. We had to scurry and get someone to come up with a ride company.
